Defective/Damaged items
Please email us with the item number within 7 days of receipt for us to arrange exchange.
The item must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt and in original packaging.
If the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will replace the item of equal functionality for you.
If the replacement is not available, we will issue a Replaced item if you agree, or refund full amount of item only.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
We do not issue a refund when personal defective damage is caused.
There are no exceptions. We do not refund any shipping charges. Refunds will be issued only for items that have not been altered in any way and are returned to in its original condition.
If you do not want a replacement There will be a 10% restocking fee on unwanted items, This will be taken off the total refund.
