Plus, for your peace of mind, we only use couriers to deliver your product, Your product is usually dispatched within 3 working days, and as part of our hassle-free service, we always aim to provide a quick and helpful delivery service.
Defective/ Damaged Items
To arrange an exchange, please email us with the item number and within 7 days of receipt. Please note, the item must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt and in its original packaging. If the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will replace the item of equal functionality for you. If the replacement is not available, we issue a replaced item if you agree, or refund the full number of items. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please note, a full refund is not issued when personal deflective damage is caused, and there are no exceptions to this. Shipping charges are also not refunded. Refunds are only issued for items that have not been altered in any way and the items must be returned in their original condition. If you do not want a replacement, a 10% restocking fee incurred to you for unwanted items. This fee is deducted off the total refund.
